I am thankful for family. Grateful that every year to this day I have been able to spend the Wednesday night before thanksgiving at my grandmothers house preparing the turkey. Glad that the next morning when I wake up, nearly at 6am to begin preparing the food, that we are all there, to work together. I am overjoyed that no matter what every weekend turkey or no turkey–holiday or no holiday, my family continues to gather at my grandmothers house, both Saturday and Sunday; by choice. Most of all, I am thankful we are all close and that to this day we still remain a tightly-knit family.
